Staff Charter

In conjunction with the Trust-wide People Strategy, feedback from the Edurio Staff Survey has been reviewed and listened to at a local level. Each school has identified common themes specific to its environment and has developed a Staff Charter outlining the main areas and principles it will commit to developing.
